Position Overview:
The College of the Holy Cross Ticket Office is seeking motivated, hard-working candidates for the part time position of Ticket Office Assistant. Primary responsibilities include assisting with ticket sales for Football, Men's and Women's basketball, and Men's Ice Hockey, working game days for the 4 ticketed sports, and other duties as assigned. This position will also work with all athletics and on campus staff to ensure the best possible game day experience for our student athletes, coaches, and fans for our home sporting events.

Comfort with making outbound phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Strong work ethic, positive attitude and desire and ability to learn in a fast paced, highly competitive industry

Experience in sales preferred with a proven track record

Exceptional leader who is a motivated learner in a fast-paced environment.

Communication and leadership skills, both oral and written; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; must be diligent and willing to take initiative; strong customer service skills; demonstrate the ability to work on projects individually or within a team, and be able to handle multiple tasks at one time; and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

The candidate is expected to act within the parameters of institutional control and is responsible for conducting all activities in compliance with NCAA, Patriot League, and College of the Holy Cross rules and regulations.
